Celebrate Frank's life, cherish the memories. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Parker-Millard Funeral Service, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Our store hours on Saturday will be adjusted to 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the loving memory of Frank.
