Lifetime free Tune-up policy

It's not just how we treat you during the purchase process, but how we strive to create life-long relationships both in an out of the shop. Our lifetime free tune-up policy is just one of the ways we try to cultivate these relationships.
Any new bike purchased in the store includes our lifetime free tune-up policy (this does not include bikes purchased through bicycle brand websites). Our lifetime tune-up policy applies to the original purchaser. The policy includes all adjustments included in our Level 2 tune-up:
* Shifting adjustments
* Brake adjustments
* Basic wheel truing
* Bearing adjustments
* Chain lubrication
* Safety check
* Installation of parts and accessories purchased at Walt’s within the first 60 days of owning your bicycle.
* Discounted labor on replacing the following wear parts when purchased at Walt’s: cables, brake pads, tires, tubes and chains.
* Firmware updates on E-bikes
Not Included:
* Installation of parts and accessories
* Service needed due to damage and neglect
* Service needed due to owner modification
* Suspension services (fork, shock maintenance or overhauls)
* Suspension linkage disassembly
* Advanced tune-ups and complete overhauls
* Hydraulic brake bleeds
